Submitting an Abstract & Presenting at GuardIAS Conference November 13th and 14th
Abstract submission is required when submitting a poster or oral presentation. Poster presenters will be required to give a 2 minute presentation on their poster – further details in the Guidelines for poster presentations below.
To submit an abstract, please register for the conference here whereby after you register you will receive a link via email with instructions on how to submit your abstract before the closing date. When you submit your abstract please specify whether you are submitting for a poster presentation or oral presentation.
Abstracts should be one A4 page in length to include title and text. Authors names in Times New Roman font size 11, presenter name in bold letters and contact e-mail should be provided. Affiliations in Times New Roman font size 10 italics. Title in Times New Roman font size 12 bold, text of abstract in single line spacing Times New Roman font size 11. Please include 4-6 keywords.
The Abstract Management Team will contact oral and poster presenters via email early October to inform them if their abstract has been accepted.
